House, yard and surroundings
between comfort, coziness and practicality, lies my apartment house. Here you can enjoy your well-deserved vacation in an informal and familiar atmosphere. The hunting lodge, located between Pat and Miháld, has a forty-year history.
Once it was built by the Galambok hunting club (this forest belongs to the Galambok community), here in the middle of the hunting area, once it was an equestrian farm and then it passed into my hands. The wonderful accommodations were completely renovated and refurnished in 2021. Kitchens and bathrooms are also new.
Hungary is not only Lake Balaton, which can be reached from here by car in about 40 minutes. Here in the beautiful Zala Valley, characterized by dreamy landscape, forests and lakes, there are many possibilities to spend your time. If you are looking for peace, relaxation and nature, you are in good hands here.
With a little luck you can see the oriole looking out of the window. In the surrounding forests it is hardly possible not to meet one, or a herd of deer. Eagles are wonderful to watch. Nature is still in order here, so that even water turtles can be observed in surrounding waters. Quail, partridges, hares and pheasants can also be observed.
As soon as you leave the property, there are various possibilities to walk directly in the woods. You will find here a very special, harmonious spot. Without exception, every guest describes that he slept better here than he has in ages.
The next shopping possibility is in Miháld ( approx. 1 km ). A small, fine supermarket. There you can get the most necessary things, fresh vegetables, bread, dairy products, canned food, pet food and cosmetics. You can also shop in Galambok about 10 km and in the next bigger towns Marcali – about 30 km – and Nagykanizsa – about 20 km
In Zalakaros, about 15 km away, is the famous thermal bath.
